The new NHS Jobs website is being introduced in phases. You'll find that some vacancies on the current website will direct you to the new NHS Jobs website to apply. You'll need to set up an account for the new website to start your applications if you have not already set one up. If you want to return to your applications on the new website, you'll need to login to the new NHS Jobs website.
